After ten years in the U.S.A.F. as a jet pilot, John spent the next 40 years in business -- 20 years of that was spent owning his own business in the Russellville area. He joined RLCD in 2008 and brings that experience to us, as well as researching issues in our client's cases that fall into his areas of expertise. We are very happy to have him as part of the team! |
DEBRA J. REECE is the founder and owner of Reece Law Criminal Defense. After graduating first in her class from the UALR Bowen School of Law in Little Rock, Arkansas, Ms. Reece clerked with Justice Annabelle Clinton Imber at the Arkansas Supreme Court. This was followed by a year as a Visiting Professor at the Bowen School of Law, where she taught the legal reasoning, writing, and advocacy class to first-year law students. In 2005, Ms. Reece opened Reece Law Firm, which later became Reece Law Criminal Defense when the focus changed from a variety practice to solely criminal defense and appeals. Ms. Reece has consistently brought excellence to the courtroom in representing clients charged with everything from traffic tickets to murder. Though her practice has focused mostly on violent crimes, sex crimes, and drug crimes for the past several years, she handles any and all state and federal misdemeanors and felonies. Ms. Reece is skilled at both trial work and appellate work, and she believes the criminal defense lawyer is the most important constitutional protection for criminal defendants and only with excellent criminal defense lawyers does the system work correctly. In addition to her criminal defense practice, Ms. Reece continues to teach as an Adjunct Professor at the Bowen, teaching Post-trial Criminal Procedure and a Fourth Amendment Seminar. |
